This family-run leek farm, based in West Lancashire, has recently expanded its fleet with the addition of two new Doosan forklifts to enhance its produce handling capabilities. This strategic investment ensures the seamless movement of their produce from the fields to the packhouse, and ultimately, onto wagons for distribution across the region.
Malbro Farms, renowned for cultivating high-quality leeks, has always prioritised the importance of reliable machinery in maintaining the freshness and quality of their produce. Recognising the critical role that forklift trucks play in their logistical operations, the decision to invest in the Doosan D20NXS models was driven by their outstanding reputation for dependability. Each boasting a lift capacity of 2,000kg, these forklifts are perfectly suited to meet the demanding requirements of the agricultural sector.
In addition to the forklift trucks, Malbro Farms’ investment also included two new Doosan hand pallet trucks, streamlining the visual identity of the farm’s equipment whilst upgrading old, well-used equipment to new.
