We’ve got some big news! KS Lift Trucks is now sponsoring the Chorley Panthers RLFC Under 8s!
The Chorley Panthers is a community rugby league club in Chorley, Lancashire and we’re extremely happy to be sponsoring the under 8s. Here at KS Lift Trucks, we wholeheartedly believe in supporting our local community, not just by supplying our top-quality forklift trucks, but also in other ways such as employing local people and training young people through the apprenticeship program in association with F-TEC.
As a Chorley-based company, we are proud to support the young people of a Chorley rugby club. Rugby teaches children hand/eye coordination, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and much more. It also helps to keep children active and benefits their mental health. With the help of local sports clubs, children have the chance to develop their skills whilst having fun and we recognise how much these sports clubs and their volunteers mean to the community.
This sponsorship helps those involved with the Chorley Panthers to encourage children to take part in more extracurricular activities. They’ve got endless advantages for people of all ages, but specifically, children – our younger ages shape us into the person we are today, developing these skills early will likely mean they’ll stay with us throughout our whole life. Extracurricular activities help provide a break from studying, advance social skills, create new interests, teach commitment, and offer a sense of achievement.
You might not think it, but here at KS Lift Trucks, we have a lot in common with the game of rugby – we’re all a team here and we work well together and communicate effectively to meet all of our customers’ needs. The team are all extremely passionate and each person has a different role to get the job done properly and reach our end goal. In rugby, the end goal might be winning the game, at KS Lift Trucks, our end goal is to keep our customers happy by providing them with the material handling equipment they need.
